We know it can be difficult when you're not able to login to your VPN, which is why we're here to help!
- Although it may sound obvious, the first solution we usually like to suggest to anyone is to restart their computer.
- Next, turn off any anti-virus software or firewalls you might be running. Though it sounds counter-intuitive, these programs can sometime view a VPN trying to install an encrypted tunnel as a threat, rather than the benefit it is. If your VPN works after these two programs are disabled, go through the error report of the service to find out specifically triggered the event, and whitelist it for future connection attempts.
- If neither of the two steps above have worked yet, the third option is to try and login to your account from our login page. If you're able to login there but not on the app, this allows the support team to rule out any issues of your account being compromised on our side of things. Please contact our support staff from your account page and we'll do what we can to get the issue resolved as soon as possible!
- If you're unable to get logged in on either the website or the app, please contact our support staff immediately and we'll get back to you with instructions on how to proceed.
